Will Call
Will call (pick-up) is available for most of our items, but please note that Velvet Willow staff must approve your pick-up time, date, and location in advance. We do not have regular warehouse hours.
Rentals must be transported in a covered vehicle, and the client is responsible for ensuring proper supplies are used to safely transport our valuable antiques.
An 8% damage protection fee will be added to your order.
To help protect the items, we recommend designating a person to properly wrap and secure any breakable items at the end of your event. We understand budgets can be tight, and we offer the will-call option to help make your dream wedding or event a reality. However, we want to avoid any accidental damage to items that cannot be replaced. Thank you for your understanding and care.

Delivery
Delivery is available for most orders pending the number of events we have on that particular day. ​
Delivery and pick-up services for events located more than an hour away will take special approval.​
There is an additional charge for pick-ups after 9 PM outside 30 minutes of our showroom.​
The cost of delivery is determined by:​
Size of order

Labor and Time involved in prepping and packaging the order.

Use of our delivery truck, tailor, multiple trips or securing additional Boxtruck/

Time and mileage in gas to the event location and back to home base.

Unloading items off the truck at the event venue.

Carefully packaging and organizing all items back into the truck.

Time and mileage in gas back to the warehouse.

Unloading all items from the truck back into the warehouse.

All necessary moving supplies.

Delivery does not include a styling fee. Adequate access to the delivery site is required. Failure to notify us that more womanpower is required may result in a fee.

Minimum Order Amount
Yes, we require a minimum order of $350 for certain high-demand items, such as brass candlesticks, on Saturdays. This ensures we can provide all our clients with the highest level of service.
